The PC Engine is a Japanese console from NEC. Better known in the States as the TurboGrafx. Anyway, you're supposed to play it with a pad in order to get any kind of efficiency. Most probably the line points to a file path that is not labeled correctly. Just edit the CUE: leave the filename without the entire path and you should be fine.

Hi,

You may need to format the Back-Up RAM (push Select button on the Super CD-ROM System start screen, then select the second option in the menu). Also, make sure you're using a System Card 3 ROM, otherwise the game won't boot.
