Re: Port DM2 to Windows?
With old windowses (win 95 or 98) it's possible to play by going to the MS-DOS mode. For modern computers there are two versions: one is the RTC version made by George Gilbert, another is the original dungeon hacked for DMII map by Toni Y, but both are different from the original that you can consid...

Re: [RTC] Hellgate Tavern
If you live alone it's actually not that hard if the life's arranged well. For example, out of 16 hours of being awoke, which means 116 huors a week, 44 hours go for work, 40 for work itself and 4 for travels, 72 hours left. 8 go for hobbies and 40 for daily chores, so 24 hours for whatever. Further...

Many if not all of you are GREAT players of the Dungeon master. Here you can vote for each subject who's the best out of us all. I don't yet count the votes but I might in future. You can still roughly seen who's known. If you have trouble understanding what I mean with some title ask me. If you vot...

Re: [RTC] Hellgate Tavern
I quessed who made this dungeon before even looking into the theard maker name... Gambit, it's not impossible. It's entirely possible if you just make the dungeon to get it work and don't spend much time styling it. Best speedproducers need only 10-75 times, depending on style, as much time as speed...

Re: Population Growth
There have always been wars and anarchies, if situation get's outta hand that's what will sooner or later take care of it. There's no need to urbanise... there are enough urban idiots already. Actually countryside could take more people, it has been lived on thinner and thinner during the last fife ...

I have not cheked thta page but I have seen one where it tells you how large is your "ecologic footprint", meaning how much about you exhaust land on earth with your spending. It was finnish, can't remember where it was. These give a good idea about your lifestyle, BUT they aren't nearly a...

Re: Balancing fights against puzzles: POLL
I voted fighting. I still like when there are SOME puzzles. Solely fighting especially if there are no challeges with food and water and such are boring. Puzzles however can mostly be replaced with traps. In fights DMII offered a very interesting and truely tactical enemies, I liked them. They are s...

Make pictures yourself? Just obtain a black t-shirt and paint it. Jan, STRONGER THAN STONE? How it's possible? here if you buld a snow fort only the biggest of them can stand if someone starts hitting them. And even if you puor water on it to freeze it, it can still be easily taken down with iron spade or a sledgehammer, or some else heavy tool. If it were as hard...

Quickest two. Monofins are faster but they aren't "two".
I mean that they're slower than elven boots but still about the best pair of fins in means of speed that are avaible.
Professional underwater games players consider them a very good opinion I think.
But this is off-topic.

Trantor listed them. Actually those main stats listed advace either 1 or 2, always, and those with "(sometimes)", don't advace or only by 1 (except for antifire and antimagic reqarding to Octopus). At least in DSB.

About game price new games can still easily be worth as much as 60 $ is, but you're right considering how valuable monay was so long ago. But it's same with most things: price's rises a bit, but money value drops twice as fast causing people actually become richer. But with houses and territory for ...
