Damn kids these days, with their punk-choo-ay-shun and their smart-alecky mouths... what's the world coming to, I tell ya. Back in my day we didn't have these fancy com-pyou-ters and inner-net... if we wanted to talk about dungeons we had to walk 80 miles in snow up to our eyeballs... and we LOVED it!

I think the quotes are a close call and can serve a purpose. [...] 'Drop in unexpectedly' has a very special meaning and the quotes are meant to indicate that the words have much more than their usual meaning. Yeah, but the quotes aren't needed to show that there is a double-meaning... I wouldn't h...

And he/she is 'cranky' too. Always clearing his/her sinuses at visitors. How unpleasant. Too bad there isn't a Clariton bomb. The poor, lonely thing would probably turn into a shaggy dog and try to lick everyone to death. P.S. I can't believe I hadn't thought of the 'freeze life' boxes, so I ...

That has a long hall, plus a large section of floor outside that hall, and a nice room with a water fountain to the left (to boot). This was my favorite "later" place to "drop" everything in neat little piles. Yeah, and "outside" the screamer "room" on level ...

zokathra
zokathra doesn't disappear in my experience (I played the original ST version when it came out, like a lot of others here)... using them to help find your way around is among the oldest of DM tips. You won't have to drop a zillion of them everywhere if you only drop them near junctions (you don't ne...

Damn, you need a computer! Any old piece of crap will do... I found the biggest problem with him is that he gets overweight too easily, Yeah, you gotta ration food to him or he'll eat everything, the fat bastard :P Hmmm... I'm sure there must be a way of playing it portably. Do you have a USB stick?...

Yeah, I know I avoided some of the key-wasting opportunities, but still... what's with all the iron and gold keys? I can explain the emmys easily enough (4 or 5 of them can be used to open a seemingly useless shortcut between the apprentice area (I think) and the top of the emmy forest stairs), but ...

Extra keys and stuff
Geez I sure have a lot of extra keys, considering I'm supposed to have done almost everything. I have more than a full bag each of iron and gold keys, about 6 emmys, 2 sar, 1 turqoise, 1 sapphire, 2 onyx... and I don't even have Iaido in my party.

lol I don't think anyone would have expected you to do that, unless you expected to count 175 points over someone else's 174 when both scrolls said 174. In a competition everyone should be scored on the same benchmark, which obviously should be what the scroll says, in this case. Forget about adding...

Quest? There is no quest, there is a hint on how to get it, that retro-actively you can realises is a hint on the cerberus Yeah, I still don't know what hint everyone was talking about... You can now see why many people have told others not to think about ti and it will come later  Actually,...

Yet More Spoilers!
Well, just don't get thrown off by the conflux2 forums, that's all I have to say - I'd said too much already. By the way, I found out what "anger" the face wants. I actually got unbelievably lucky with trial and error, but it makes total sense - a classic type of item riddle - I forget if ...

Fiery Cerberus
Did the fiery cerberus quest get deleted from Conflux 3? I just spent a couple of hours reading the results of a site-wide search for "cerberus", and it confused the hell outta me. So I decided to try my own thing, and voilà! Fiery Cerberus! But all the hints I read in the Conflux 2 forums...

No, I'm thinking I forgot to trigger something to meet him this time because I don't remember fighting him., edit: And I'm pretty sure that's where the funereal thorn comes from. Edit: Wrong again! I must have killed the thorn dragon after all because I found a huge pile of thorns in that area on th...
