In that case, I have no idea what is wrong.
Can you tell me what is accessible? How many pits are closed? Did you step on the final floor plate in “wine cocktails”? It’s the plate that closes pits, not the lever at the centre.
Have you pressed the black button at the end of the fireball launcher area?
They’re not supposed to close the pits, they just reveal them. You’ll notice on point 2 of the quote that you have to enter a pit and find a lever in the area below.
I’m not sure where you mean. Are you back at the pits before “wine cocktails”? If so, I posted the solution on the previous page. I’ll paste the quote below… Each red button opens a wall and reveals a square key. 1. The passages east and west of the central section close three pits and allow access ...
Yes, I meant to say the mirror spell. It reflects spells, but I can’t remember the runes and I’m not at my computer… but I’m certain this is the way to do it. You must have had it working at one point because there are areas in part 1 that can’t be passed without it. Are you sure you noted it down c...
Looking at the partial map I have, it seems that there is no deactivation. I’m almost sure I did it without getting hit, but I can’t see how now that I’m looking at it. It’s unfortunate that I lost most of my files, so I can’t get a better handle on it. For now I can only suggest casting lots and lo...
Clodius, do you mean right after those three rooms? If so… … the plate deactivates for a few seconds after stepping on it. So if you step on the plate to fire the shooter, step back, then re-enter the passage, you can get the gem without being hit. Jahmiann… Directly east of your map is another rect...
Unfortunately I do not have the full file for Underverse, as it was lost a few years ago in a hard drive crash. However, I do have a partially built file… so I have just taken a look. For number 1… Could you be more specific about the area? The dungeon is so big, it’s hard for me to know which part ...
There is a potential bug in v1.6 in that area, but it can still be passed if you load an older save from before the area was accessed. It isn’t completely broken and it would be much quicker than starting again.
I know this is about canon in the manual, but I generally go with Hissssa solo. If I'm going with two, it's usually Hissssa and Halk (though Stamm is probably the better "zero mana" champion... it's a nostalgia thing). If I'm going with more, it's Hissssa, Halk, Gothmog, and A.N. other. Gi...
t's unfortunate that you#re using v1.6 because there were a couple of bugs cleared up in v1.7 and v1.8 and one of them was in the "wine cocktails" area. I don't know if this is what has caused your current problem, but if so then it will be necessary to load an old save. Ultimately it woul...
I’m still not sure which area you mean.
Could you be more specific?
I found an incomplete build and looked at the map. There are no amethyst gems near an area with five switches and floor plates.
Would it help if I described where each gem is? Then you could see which one you’re missing.
It has been so long since I looked at this, I can’t remember exactly which part you mean. Is there anything more specific you can say about it, like how it is arranged? Any wall text? I don’t have the full text file anymore (it was lost, amongst most of my other dungeons, in a hard drive fail), but ...
Can’t remember the exact details, but… I think it’s about the timing. Can you only throw it through on a certain colour? If so, you need to throw it late enough that the colour changes before it goes right through. Do the teleports change colour? I can’t remember. I thought they did and that you had...
I think pyro is… purple, yellow, red, orange… or something like that. I’m sure it’s to do with colours. Because it’s been a while, I don’t remember everything about it. So I don’t remember the shooter part, but I seem to recall having to run quickly to get through the teleports. So I think there is ...
I don’t know if this is definitely the case, but it seems the most likely because I don’t remember having to use the freeze trick to get through a door, so not going through it the proper way probably means something else has failed to trigger. I don’t recall the specifics in that area, but had no p...
I don’t recall any problems, but it’s a long time since I played it.
I don’t remember having to freeze a door open. Are you sure this is needed? Maybe doing this has skipped a trigger that lets you out.
RTC does indeed come with all three. But… It is built from scratch without the original code, so it might not be the vanilla experience you want. It rather depends how close to the original you want. CSBwin is, as I understand it, built with the original Atari ST code, so it’s probably as authentic ...
It is indeed about timing, but is also a trick… The two levers in the lightning trap toggle the two doors in the middle passage that need to be open… but if you look on your map tablet, one is already open. So using one of the levers will close it, which you don’t want to do. The best way is to ente...
Ah, I see what you’re doing now. I was thinking along the lines of the spell’s ‘break’ tab targeting multiple actions, but from experience it would perform the heal regardless of where and what it hit. I did something similar with a ‘blind’ spell which I got to work but it needed inactive triggers o...
I’m almost certain that I’ve created working damage tiles “in game” before, but maybe I’m mistaken. I’ll have to look at my old dungeons when I get the chance (I’m posting this from my phone). As for the healing bolt, is it a flying spell? Not that it should matter because I’m reasonably sure it sho...
