Transporting skeletons

I am playing CSB through DM return to Chaos and I am at the point towards the end of Neta where I need to transport a skeleton behind a grate enabling me to use my turquoise key. (on the maps this is 03 21 23) I can war cry or confuse the skeleton in front of the grate, hit the switch to activate th...

DM3D

Petrih3 I take it you don't need any help on the project as you've not responded to my offer. I've also started a 3D Dungeon Master game using all the latest 3D technologies like bump mapping, proper shadows and per pixel lighting. Hopefully I'll be releasing an early demo sometime in the next few w...

Dungeon Master Nexus

Is the ISO still available to download? I've tryed buying it from several places but they always tell me they've sold out of DM Nexus. :( It's one of the hardest games to get hold of. I've tried that FTP site and it appears to be down. Could someone possibly re-upload it to an FTP site? I'd love to ...

Graphreader v0.0.12 Problems

I used WinUAE to extract the graphics.dat files from the Dungeon Master and Chaos Strikes Back ADFs and copied them to my PC hard drive. When I try to load the Graphics.dat file in all I get is a stupid error message saying "Unknown Format". What the hell? I tried to look for an answer in ...

Great!

Thanks for the advice Gambit. Can you tell me a little bit about DM Nexus. Is it actually any good? Is it anything like Dungeon Master? What are the maps and puzzles like? Are the spells the same? How far have you got on it?

Dungeon Master Nexus

Yeah I'm after Nexus and Therons Quest also. I tried to buy Nexus from Madiera games but they had sold the last one the day before. :(
Do you know where I can buy it and for how much. I understand that it's starting to become a bit of a rarity now. What about Therons Quest?

Cool

I recieved the Dungeon Master SNES today. I'm quite pleased with it though I think I paid about £10 too much for it I feel. The game cart looks in great condition and so is the manual though a bit dog eared. The box is a bit worn in places like where they've been opening the box but apart from that ...

Original Amiga Dungeon Master Auction

Sorry Gambit. It's becoming a bit of a habit of mine. I'm really getting into auctions now. :) I hope you didn't need that Dungeon Master to further your website. Seeing as I'm buying it from the US do you think it will work well on a UK Amiga or will it be an NTSC specific version?

I can't wait to see your website. I thought you had gone a bit mad buying all that Dungeon Master stuff. Would you be interested in selling one of your hint books? :)

DM SNES

I just bought Dungeon Master SNES off e-bay complete with box, manual and cartridge tray and the game of course all in mint condition for £21.51. A little bit more than what I wanted to pay for it but there you go. I blame gambit for trying to outbid me. Do you think I got a good/bad deal here?

Cool

Hi petrih3 I was planning on working on my own 3D engine Dungeon Master but after seeing your game I'm extremely impressed. The lighting and fireball effects really blew me away. I too work in the games industry (in the UK) and am looking at 3D work for my next project. I'm currently working on Game...

Looks like I was wrong

"The lighting effect definitely isn't in the Amiga version though which is a bit of a shame" Doh. What was I talking about. I've been playing Dungeon Master II AGA on WinUAE and it DOES have the same type of lighting effects that only fill corners of the room with a torch or fireplace! I g...

Re: Mega-CD version of Dungeon Master II

I haven't played the PC version of Dungeon Master 2, only the Amiga and Mega-CD versions. The lighting effect definitely isn't in the Amiga version though which is a bit of a shame. As I said though the music is really great in places and it's a pity it's not on the Amiga version. When I said "...

Mega-CD version of Dungeon Master II

I bought the Mega-CD version of Dungeon Master II about a week ago from a car-boot sale for £2.50 and I've been playing it since. It's actually not a bad version of DMII although I can see why some people aren't keen on it. One thing I noticed in the Mega-CD version that isn't in either the PC or Am...
