I have found more that expected on the DM2 section, a pre-configured DosBox packages with DM2.
I downloaded it and it works perfectly, I no longer need to work on my own DM2 setup with DOSBOX.

I think the best way to run DM2 on modern computer is to use the original installation file with DOSBOX. As far I remember on my Amiga 500 I have never been above master 3 for all abilities. The time for gain level become extremely long and laborious after the first levels of Master. I didn't have enough patience to go any further.
