Re: Me or my compass is drunk
In the top pic, you'll see that the compass indicates that the party is facing West according to the compass graphic, but the text says the party's facing East, which is the correct direction. In the top pic, the arrow points to left, not for west but for north ! In real life, when north is on your...

Re: Legend of Grimrock
I play with default party, normal mode, old school : fighters are good, especially the minotaure. The rogue woman is very weak at the beginning, but she's very cool when boosting assassination and daggers. Mage is better with ice spells.

Re: Cheaper alternative to Cintiq ?
I've watched several videos yesterday with people testing different tablets with various software : Galaxy Note 10.1, Hp Envy 2, Asus Vivotab, Lenovo IdeaPad, Sony Vaio Duo 11. I think i can forget all Android stuff, except if some good pencil app exists... Most of Windows 8 tablets have a cheap pro...

Re: Cheaper alternative to Cintiq ?
Have you tested Galaxy Note 10.1 ? I've seen some Windows 8 (Pro) tablets coming soon. Already available is Asus Transformer Book, a very interesting hybrid but extremely expensive (> 1300 EUR).

Cheaper alternative to Cintiq ?
I'm asking here just in case. Wacom Cintiq is the best but also the most expensive solution for digital artists (>700 EUR for 12 inches version). For years, it was the unique solution if you wanted to pencil *on* screen. Main problem is, you have to stay connected to your desktop PC... Now that we h...

Re: RTCWM - RTC Wallset Maker (current version 0.2)
Is there an archive of what the standard DM bitmaps should look like? I suspect I don't know exactly what each bitmaps is supposed to look like and what RTCWM objects I am supposed to turn on when pressing 'save bitmap'. It would be great to compare the standard DM bitmap for, say, WALL_FRONT3 with...

Re: RTCWM - RTC Wallset Maker (current version 0.2)
Is there a "correct" list of what the co-ordinates should be for any given bitmap? It looks like RTCWM controls the co-ordinates from within the programme when 'generate RTC code' is used. RTCWM has its own set of coordinates because it displays a real 3d scene. RTC (CSB) perspective is w...

Re: RTCWM - RTC Wallset Maker (current version 0.2)
Your pasted code doesn't look consistent with your first RTC error log. I've pasted your code in a notepad and line 81 doesn't refers to BITMAP_CUSTOM_WALL_FRONT1 but to some ceiling bitmap. By the way, if noticed that [New - Wallset] section looks wrong, all values are NULL. There should be referen...

Re: RTCWM - RTC Wallset Maker (current version 0.2)
RTCWM considers that you have created a "bitmaps" folder at RTC root directory. I chose that solution to avoid putting everything in Modules folder. I suggest you to do a search/replace string in your txt file if you have lots of bitmaps.

It's pure rip of DM Java, which is a free clone of DM. And I see also that you sell it (even if it's just $1.99). No way ! This is absolutely scandalous and shameful. I really hope you'll have a LOT of trouble.

Re: Doors and wallsets with non-classic sizes
just my 2 cents. try RTCIP, that might work for wrongly placed door buttons : use an original BC screenshot as background (or some shot from your example dungeon), then place your items on it (floor or wall items) and you'll get RTC offsets values. http://linflasdm.blogspot.fr/2008/02/rtcip-graphic-...

Welcome to the forums ! Obsviously, a browser version of DM is something that misses between all existing clones. I tried to make something with threeJS but forgave very quickly.
