how to change the graphic mode in RTC??
HELP!!! because of my antique monitor, I have to play RTC with LOW resolution in a small window in a windows mode (like it is in CSBwin), (my monitor doesn`t accept low resolutions at all - like 640 x 480 for example - then appears some trashes etc. on the screen). Accepts ONLY 1024 x 728 / 85 hz re...

thanks Beowuuf, but, in general, I know how to use it, in details I don`t know some points.. I will write soon a post with a couple of questions about this editor. I was working on RTC and DMJava allready and I know how their works, but using CSbuild editor I think is a bit harder... Gambit, sorry, ...

My style of the gameplay is: I took 2 characters (from fighters guilde) on the beginning, and explored each level step-by-step, not to deny any secrets or monsters. I always try to kill EVERY monster in the game (unfortunatelly, at least one of them is immortal, so I had to imprision him! ). ...

MAP DEVELOPING (especially for Zyx & other designers!)
Hi there Zyx (& other designers!) I wanted to put this subject onto Zyx`s private message board, but I changed my mind. Maybe anyone else could be also interested in this topic? So that`s why I`m putting this on that forum. I`ve got just one idea: Zyx, Your Conflux II is really a very, very huge...

Saving valuable LIGHT !!!.......
Good idea, I agree with You, Duell. BTW: I was thinking about making a light much harder than normally (in my game I don`t want "magic light" spell to exist), You just have to use torches, wchich I would put a lot on the sconces. Of course, then I should set first levels of the game rather...

[Done for V0.38] NON-MAGIC in-game areas
hi there. I want to make (in my custom RTC game) special "non-magical" areas (or levels), where any magic spells DOESN`T WORK. :x I mean: mage or priest couldn`t cast any spell on this area. Monsters, of course, could cast their spells there. For example: before You enter that special area...

To Paul H: why DMJava, rather than the other formats? One year ago I was working on RTC, but it was an early version (v0,28 I think). I did a lot of work (a couple of huge levels), but that editor wasn`t warking properly, so I couldn`t even test my project, nor finishing it. Then I send an e-mail to...

To Linfas: hmm... theoreticly IT IS possible, but what if I have 20 demons walking in the whole huge level? maybe a better way would be to make ghost generators (in each level`s tile), reacting on some special object, that only demon has itself (that object couldn`t be anywhere else in the game, exc...

[Done for V0.36] Monsters, that contains NEW monsters
A question especially to George Gilbert, but also for the others, who read this: I wonder if it would be possible, maybe in next RTC edition in the future (v0,37?) to make a possibility of editing a monster INSIDE allready killed monster (like an object may appear after killing)? For example, if You...
