But Farscape is better! Ok I might consider watching them at some point. I'll set my xbox to record when they're on and I'll watch them when I can be arsed because I'm lazy like that.

I think I saw the first episode when I was slacking off work and that really caught my interest. I didn't have a clue what it was (not seen much of the new Dr Who either) but the cybermen reference gave it away. I've not had chance to really get into it because my tv card / xbox link was busted and ...

I thought the exact number of demons in hell was 5384932840 adamo? I feel I've been neglecting DM of late, and especially these forums :( My dungeon is sitting on my HD gathering dust, I really want to finish it but with everything going off atm, it might be a while. For starters I'm coding an entir...

Really cool game where you have to draw a disappearing line to guide the egg into a frying pan without breaking it. Frustrating until you get the hang of the mechanics and then frustrating as you try and stop the damn yolk from breaking!

That's Tesco's car park in the center of town as a matter of fact, and in the windows live image, the bus station seen at the bottom left is now the site for "the only integrated public transport and retail complex in the UK purpose built under one roof" Here's an updated angle from my map...

Problem with the suicide option is you just know someone's going to use it by mistake... Personally, I really don't have a problem killing myself to reload a save game - I've just got used to it over the years. And I don't, personally, see the need for more than 8 saves, I mean back in the da...

Guy Kewney (the right Guy) posted this on his blog, and had me in stiches! But let's admit it: of all the things you can say about me, one word that really has to be deleted from the list is this one: "Black." We're talking biometrics, here. We're talking about "twins separated at bir...

I agree with Sophia on this one - I can't see what your problem is with your gem, or any other, example. When you get to a certain point in your dungeon something has either happened or it hasn't. If it has, you can reproduce the effect yourself, like activate a trigger or spawn an item. If it hasn'...

Hit it spot on there cows, and organisation is another major problem. Games companies work 9-5 (often overtime too), get paid for it and are professionals with years of experience. Thinking about it, there is a possibility of a remake though - all it takes is a lead designer or someone in a relatively well-off games company to turn around and say, 'Hey you know what, we've run out of ideas, we should remake Dungeon Master!'. I mean a lot of people in the industry, especially t...

Surgical Strike (AGAIN!) Secrets **SPOILERS**

To the completers of Surgical Strike, I'm just curious how many secrets everyone's found? I've managed to find all but one, The Pain Key, and I'm not being told how to work out the last one! I know where it is, I just can't figure it out! I'm just wondering if anyone has cracked this and how hard is...

I, you..... Wii?!

Yep, Nintendo have FINALLY announced the name of their new console (previously codenamed 'Revolution'), and it's a bit bizarre to say the least: 'Wii' Apparently it's pronounced the same as 'we', as in 'we all play games together', and emphasising that the console is for everyone. Simple and catchy,...

Delete / Remove Items on a tile

Would it be possible to have a trigger / action or something similar to delete all of a given type of object on a given floor tile? For example if someone wanted to convert items the old fashioned way (using alcoves, relays, teleporters and shooters) there would be a tile full of wasted original obj...
