RTC & W10

Has anyone else noticed how slow the latest version of W10 runs RTC. It's horrible when testing. It takes an extra 7 seconds or more to load. When I run W7 it is instantly loaded. Is there a way to fix this, it's irritating, like that's 7 seconds on each loading when testing. RRRRR, I'll have to run RTC on W7. Does someone know a way to fix this?
