Postal Service Tale: Indie Rock, Snail Mail and Trademark Law

Even though the Postal Service was defending thier trademark, it seems a bit mad to me. But at least the outcome was positive.

I'm sure there must be other bands who have names the same as companies trademarks, yet I've never heard of any similar cases. Is this a further example of the unnecesarily litigious world we live in. Or were the PO right to assert?[/url]
