RTCED Request: Print levels

Post by PicturesInTheDark »

Hello andyboy,

when drawing the basic dungeon I would like to be able to print out the rough structures to be able to doodle a bit and thus try out some set-ups before actually implementing anything. I think it would be a "nice-to.have", not something of great importance.

So when you want to print the dungeon, do you want the exatct tile you see on the screen (i.e. The nice looking ones, or just simple block ones.

It might be an idea to print wall and floor items (maybe not game items) or make them options.

Printing is something that Blitz is not very good at, but there are ways.

Let me see what I can put together. At the worst I can compile pictures that you can export and print in MSPaint or in whatever paint package you want.
Regards,

Andy

I'd go for the very simplest structure, e.g. walls, doors and maybe one or two more. Stuff like food, items... are not necessary since I want it to scribble on - don't know what others think about that or need.
