Quick description: CSBuilder dont have many cool features like RTCeditor but its much faster and mod work like independend game.

I think it should be some quick help guide for dungeon builders.
Here is list of my knowledge which mostly i learn myself.

-Before do anything: enter Edit Level settings (click on twice horizontal blue lines icon) Add column, Add row (how large you want this level) Then upper menu: Edit. Global Info. Click Browse and select place where you want appear when game begin. Add new Levels by press icon.. Add level.

-Resurecting Hero. Enter edit level and add wall decorations: picture frame. Right click on wall. New. Actuator. Champion Portrait. Select champion and select portrait for graphics. In the same window add items, they will go into his inventory. Near this wall rightclick and in midle window add new text. Unselect "show text" and select "edit portrait. During game when you press portrait will open window with resurection options.

-Champion Attributes. Luck is invisible stat. Then is four stats connected strongly to four proffesions: Strengh for Fighters. Dexterity for Ninja. Wisdom for Priest. Vitality for Mage. And two extra stats they are resistances. Associated skills mean experience. For example select stenght and mark 250 for every associated skills here. Character will start with first level of fighter experience. So if you want made champion which are 3 level mage: select vitality and set values 1000.

-To place text on wall just right click on wall and add text. Button "/" work like enter (next line of message)

-Use teleport for dungeon test. Place it near entrance. Click browse and select destination area where you already build something new. So you dont need go there manually it may transport you quickly into deep levels. When finished just delete it. To see it right click and check "visible" for usable check "active".

-To place alcove on wall. First enter Edit Level. Add new wall decoration "square alcove" or "ornate alcove" Right click on wall near corridor. Actuator. Disabled. Square alcove graphic. In the same place put items, they will go into alcove.

-Vi Altair work automaticly (dont need extra operations), place it like alcove.
-Water fountain also work automaticly, place it like alcove.

-To place Torch Holder. Add two new wall decorations: Torch Holder(Empty) and Torch Holder(Full). Right click on wall and add. =1= Actuator. Object Holder. Click Edit. Operated by Torch. Browse- target to this object. Wall graphic: torch holder empty. Action Toggle. =2= Actuator. Disabled. Torch Holder Full. =3= Weapon. Torch. Charges 9.

-Door opened by key. Place door and edit, set it closed without switch. Add wall decoration for key lock. Somewhere on wall near door: Actuator. Pushbutton. Browse and set destination to these door. Wall graphic (lock which you add in wall decorations). Type of pushbutton: wall switch special object. And select some key for that special object. Usualy gold key for gold lock. If you check remove object from hand: key will dissappear when use. Action, holding special object: Toggle.

-Pressure Pad. Add new floor decoration: square pad. Right click on corridor and add NEW in middle window. Actuator. Pressure Pad. And set options. Selecting browse is place where go changes when you use pad. You can place two pressure pads in the same area but with different "message sent when anything press on pad" In one pad set: pad pressed. In other: pad relased. And browse them to the same area for example door. Pad can be operated by few ways, you can select Particular Object: Boulder. If you place big stone on pad: the door will open, when you take it door will close.

-Many things got option active yes/not, and you can set it using button or pressure pad. For example doors, pit, secret open walls, teleport, monster generator, shooter. Just browse to this place.

-When you place shooter on wall you put it in one from four windows which mean north/south/east/west directions. So when you connect pressure pad in field "target" you need mark that direction. Otherwise it will not work.

-To place wall illusion. Place visible trick wall. Right click and set: trick wall is always non-blocking. It will change into green colour and you can now walk trough it.

-End Game: Right click, Actuator, End Game, and connect pressure pad to it. When you step on game will end.

quite funny that you CAN actually load DM2 PC dungeon.dat into ST CSbuild editor (after omitting 1000 text record illegal text indexes). You can see, how several levels are builded, but not very usefull (almost everything is damaged), but dungeon structure is 100% visible.

it shows experience multiplier, for example.

maybe after some changes it could be usefull for building DM2 customs ;)

I'd rather use Kentaro's fantastic editor for that.
