Clothes have different armor class right?
I changed some clothes- i made chain mail from robe and its weak.
How change item stats, anyway how view these stats. Do exist some items editor?

Nope, it's just any item has a set space for 'charges'. You can use these how you see fit, though usually for indicators and using DSAs - for example give a shield a weapons option and have the shield drain 'charges'..it won't do it for you, you need a DSA to strip these charges, but on 0 charges a charge needing option will disappear.
You could also use it simple for indicators so clothes with a charge of '1' is a special suit of sir ceberic (use the view filter to give it a name) etc.
Finally you could use the charge indicator to record the status of the item...the more charges the more 'broken' it is (I was personally goign to do this).
