It's a shame that you don't want it anymore, but I understand the reasoning behind it.

it's interesting that so much can happen in one day :P I went to pick up Sandie yesterday and clean house for her return and so wasn't on.. and now I come back and see all of this :P

glad it resolved itself :)
I'm glad for both of you. Happy New Year for sure. :D

Hey, I just realised the two global posts might be a little confusing under you name, so I reposted them.

Does someone else want to put their e-mail address forward as a second address for new member queries?

No, I made them, but as I'm no longer an admin or mod, Beo has re-posted them under his name. Ta -- makes more sense now. :-)

Yep, thank you for all your dedicated work as an admin. Sad to see you leave administrating behind, but then, the important thing is to still have you around here, no matter whether you want to continue admining or not.

Thanks everyone, and thank you to Christophe for taking on board the role. This will give me a little extra time for other projects... :-)

I'm saddened to see you step down as an admin Gambit... From what I have seen here, you've done a fantastic job.

I only hope that you'll stay a very regular visitor, and not dwindle away into the background.

I probably shouldn't leave this forum for more than 2 hours, or lots of stuff happens without me knowing. Oh well, thanks for your work over all the years here Gambit, and I hope you will still post as much as you did!

Just to announce the final state of play, Sophia has been made a full admin, and together with Christophe will run the technical side of the site.

Gambit is not fully bowing out, and will remain in a moderation position on the forums.
