What's new:

- Fixed numerous bugs with the handling of triggers
- Fixed a bug where party members would attack the wrong monster
- Fixed graphics error with medusa fountain
- Modified "opby_party_carry" to be bool
- Made flying monsters trigger "air" triggers
- Made silent/default_silent apply to teleporters
