Cool stuff you've found on the web

Post by Gambit37 »

Here's mine for the day: you need to wait for it to load -- use the mouse to control zoom in and out. How many little details can you find?

I imagine each main image is a rectangle with a hole in the middle that shows the next image through it and they are both scaled with the same factor -- it's pretty straightforward.

This one will drive you completely bonkers:

CURSE YOU GAAAAAMBIIIIIIIIT *shakes fist*

i just wasted an hour of my life! an hour
but *twitch* i beat it *twitch* whahahaha

espeically with the last 'set of levels, and the occasional weird one (there were three buggers), i racked up 518 deaths! at 1379 seconds...hmm, that's only 30 minutres...whew, so i'm fiiiiine then *twitch*
i think it oculd have done with a pause...or i missed that key...or i just need less people phone and distracting me!

My final stats for "ball" :
125 Levels
595 Seconds
113 Deaths
Grade : 100% :)

I could have used a pause as well !

PS : I enjoy simple things : http://www.ebaumsworld.com/pacman.html

Simple maybe, but I'm as bad at Pacman now as I was when it first came out! ;)

I didn't get anywhere with that ball game, about the 10 screen or something. My reactions are pretty slow!:(

above the arrow on the right hand side is a hatch...if you press it, it opens, then press the arrow, and a little guy comes up to the cannon

Hmmmm... can't make much use of the bombs..... should they be disposed of or are they useful?

That damn razor fox thing is bugging me too...

I can see I'll be wasting hours on this!

It reminds me of Benefactor on the Amiga -- remember that?

I've given up that one for now -- but found this:

A lot less complicated and a lot more beautiful.

Woot, solved Hapland -- bugged me for ages because I managed one thing that made it easy but then couldn't recreate it so didn't know what I was doing wrong -- turns out there are a couple of alternate ways to win. Infuriating, but fun.

i got stuck at the goats on the other one...i thought he should jump down onto the next goat, but couldn't make him do it...ah well!

This is the cutest of them all - and very entertaining. I know the ebaumsworld images. They are fantastic.

Here is a good one for you to try out. It's the old "How to get them to the other side" game. There are several of those.
You can play all those games for free that are under a small green bubble - the larger ones are not free. And if you want the solution, you will have to register first.

Have fun... http://www.plastelina.net/games/game1.html

Yeah, it's not supposed to be difficult. It's beautifully executed though and the back ground music/sounds really set it off well. Best played with your browser full screen and no chrome clutter.

Hint regarding the lightbulb - what would you do if you had one in your face and it kept flashing over and over and over...?
Though I'm not sure what the point is of doing what needs to be done regarding said lightbulb /shrug. I finished it eventually anyway.

lol, the lightbulb seems to be a red herring, unless there is another way to do it

and you need to do soemthing before you let the guy run over the landmine...gettign rid of the landmine

and the window beside the cannon has a use...but that may be for later...along wwith gettign rid of the evil guy : )
