Yeah, we kinda missed it :( I guess cows won't be travelling any time soon, but maybe the rest of us could arrange something in 2013

That'd be cool :). If it's in London I'd have no trouble getting there, as long as it wasn't a day I was working (so, a weekend, preferably ;)). Me and Ja'Ph' could come along, and maybe bring some of our card games for everyone to play :). Unless of course, I have a new job by then and my work days are different. But who knows...hopefullu I will get a new job at some point but for now I'm free from work at weekends :).

Wow! You look like a bunch of youngsters, ready to 'take on' the world.
Who's the member at the far left on the steps?

Thank you for the great pics and information.

May have to rename one of you...Beo Wuufling.

Do you mean in this one?

Cowsmonaut is on the far left in the hat, then it's Zyx + partner (I'm very sorry, I've forgotten her name!), Beowuuf, Ameena.

But if you mean this one...
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v291/ ... /steps.jpg

then it's DfxDx, Linflas, Zyx + Zyxette, Ameena, Beowuuf.

Thanks for resurrecting this old thread, otherwise I'd have never known it even existed or had a chance to see what any of the members here look like, or should I say looked like about 5 years ago. 8)

Since I wasn't a member when this thread was first posted I'll share a few pics of myself and my home city, Vancouver (actually I live in a suburb about 1 hour outside of Vancouver new but anyways).
This first is a shot taken on Mt Seymour, just north of Vancouver, if you look closely, you can just make out the city in the background, past the last hill.

I'd love to get back out to london in the near future.. unfortunately finances are not allowing for it. I lost many of the photos I had from my last trip which I'd wanted to use for texturing. So, I'd love to get some of that back.. and of course visit you lot :) Would have gone to Meringac again to see the inlaws but last time I didn't manage to get away from there anyway and everyone's busy during the holidays anyway.. Also, I think I'm closer to Zyx than london these days anyway.. though I haven't measured anyway :D Still, might be nice to see you lot come out to canada :D

This jetlag is killing me.. adjusting to a 9 hour difference has been several days running.. we've been here a week. Though it's been fairly crazy here too.. visiting everyone Sandie hasn't seen in 4+ years. I have time off tomorrow and the day after, anyone fancy a chat?

Well, I get home from work at about quarter past five (I'm doing extra hours to cover someone who's away for most of this month) so I can jump on some kind of chatty thing when I get home :).

It seems my loving wife wasn't entirely forthcoming with the information. looks as though my *mornings* are open today and tomorrow.. not sure about any other time beyond that. I'm taking the mornings to get some work done and could chat along with that activity..
