CSB original DM dungeon file corrupted

I just tried to download the CSB version of the original Dungeon Master game, yet I could not decompress the archive under Windows 7 using either the built-in ZIP archive mechanism nor WinRAR.
I'm trying to download CSBWin from here:

Also the other one, that is dated later will not decompress either.

Only the batch files decompress, I get errors with both Windows 7's built-in ZIP file handler and WinRAR.

Any suggestions on alternate locations to download? I was able to download CSB, but not the original DM.
