Zo Blade

Does anybody know if there is something special about the
Zo blade in DM2 (eg special attack power against certain enemies...)?
thanks.

The Zo Blade has the attack Strength of 45 which ranks it the 11th strongest hand to hand combat weapon. I have tried it against all material monsters except for Glops, Dru-tan, and the Imp. Nothing special from attacking the other monsters. Stick with Voraxes if you want strong attacks. The Techmace is also good for some power swings but will need to be recharged by selling it and buying it again. Blue Steele ranks third and it is easy to obtain four of them.
I have a DM2 hint book which gives a description of the Zo Blade as: The blade of the Zo Blade isn't made of metal. It's a tear in the fabric of space that works by sending a slice of the enemy onto another plane of existence.
No help there I bet. If you want the attack strengths of any weapons then just respond.

Thanks a lot. For the other weapons I found a homepage with
the attack strengths and special powers of all weapons.
As you can see I was kind of curious about the misteriously missing weapon.

The Zo blade can also cast Zo spells. so you can open/close doors and banish portals. It is kinda sucky still.

Heh! When you fight with ZO-Blade(ZO-Cut,ZO-Cleave),
you can get the Wizard level, as if you fight with
Dagger(Slash,Stab,Throw) or Saber(Slash) for Ninja levels... ;)

Dagger's slash goes to fighter levels ;) (in the original Dungeon Master anyway...)

No. In the PC wersion of "Dungeon Master 2: Legend of Slullkeep"
dagger`s "slash" and "stab" attack goes to NINJA level ONLY,
and Saber or Katana "slash" goes to NINJA levels.
Fight with daggers for more NINJA levels.
So, for WIZARD levels you can fight with "disrupt" attack of
Vorple Blade(use on non-material creatures). ;)
