As it says, run the Setup program before you run DM2, then it should work

In the solution to DM2 on PC post, I have tried to explain how I got DM2 working on my computer. It ended up being posted 3 times so you shouldn't have too much trouble finding it. You might have to change the eregcrad. I'm not sure why the run setup message came up if you already ran setup. You shouldn't have to run setup every time you start the game. Hopefully that will solve your problems.
