Dungeon Graphics with picture it 2002

I seen somewhere in here where someone asked about when working
graphics with microsoft picture it 2002 then adding the graphic to dungeon master there is a white back ground left on the gif. How do I
make the white disappear or transparent in the background?

Make your "transparent colo(u)r" magenta 255,000,255 (#ff00ff)
