How do you pronounce "NETA"?
I've always pronounced it "Nee-ta" myself.

I pronounce it a bit more sarcastically
Net-duuuhh!

I pronounce "Beta" the same too - "bee-tuh"...what about the "Ceti" in "Tau Ceti" (the name of a star)? I say it as "SEE-ty" but I've heard it pronounced as "SET-ee" on telly...but I think that was by Americans though so mayby they pronounce it differently *looks in Soph's direction*.

It's "ty" as in "tye"/"tie". I think it's 'cause that's how my dad says it so that's how I say it, 'cause it's in "Frontier Elite II", a game we had on the Atari.

Whilst we're on the subject of pronunciation, I've been playing a superb board game called "Caylus" with some fellow game geeks recently and we're not too sure how to say it.
The Klingon version comes to mind first (KAY-LUSS) but as it is a French town I would have thought it was more likely to be SAY-LOO or KAY-LOO... or KAY-MOO ?
