just started it too !
please can you provide a smaller zip file, we just need sleepers.rtc and maybe sleepers.txt (for cheaters ;) )

by the way, any cheaters here would be interested by sukumvit's labyrinth levels snapshots ? (can't give you the txt file, many warnings/critical errors in RTC 0.34.)

It was quite handy having all the lot in one go, I hadn't downloaded RTC.34 yet!

I put them all in one, because i didn't know how it dealt with the new images. And personally, 3.1 MB is still quite a small pack :)
Also i took to consideration the fact that not all people who want to play it have RTC already.

Yeah, Linflas, don't you have one of these 'ultra-fast' connections (about 8Mbits/s?) :D

Way too much inspiration, and way too little time. Just started to work on my next dungeon. This one will have all new monsters. Already created a goblin :)

Sleepers looks great but there are one playable character only ? I like this new dungeon however.

Oh there are more than just one. Contrary to original DM and CSB, all characters are not available in the first room. You just have to search and find all of them.

I downloaded Sleepers today and started playing it...am having quite good fun so far and I'm pretty far in...just entered a room with a bunch of doors in it, two linked round to each other, and the next one I went in has a bunch of demons behind it...
That's how far I am atm...will let you know when I finish it :D.

Yeah, I carried on with it from my quick start a few days ago too - quite linear, fights are quite simple, love all the new charatcer pictures. Started to fight knights and armours down from the long room with the lever doors and critters behind, if I get back to it I will also report.

Too many dungeons on backlog...

One thing that's been bugging me - I couldn't solve one of the riddles in the riddle room waaaaay back near the start...it was the "Where it doesn't dwell, darkness and evil reign" one. Dad's also started a game of this and he couldn't get that one either. Mind you, he couldn't get the Throwing Star one and I got that straight away .
I've got no clue on this riddle though...I thought the answer could have something to do with light, so I tried a torch, a moonstone, and even a Zokathra spell but they didn't work. I did think of maybe an Illumulet but I don't think I've got one so...
Any hints? I bet it's something unbelievably obvious...I got all the other riddles, there's only that one left...

Wheee, finished it - not bad :). The demons at the end were a pain, grr, I died a fair few times there :P. Still, overall it wasn't too hard. Maybe a few more puzzles would have added some variety - I didn't mind the layout too much but it was mostly a kind of "enter room, kill mobs, move on to next room" kind of format throughout most of the dungeon. However, I can't say I ever really found any of it boring, as such. And there weren't any areas that were just too hard - all seemed from easy to average difficulty. Well, I played it through to the end so it can't be too bad, eh? ;)

I should really check in here a bit more often.

About the darkness riddle, it was meant to be a torch, but it didn't work at all with any kind of torch, so i removed it and added a new one. If your version has this riddle still in it, go and download a newer version from the website. Many other bugs were also fixed in that version.

Hi!

I'm currently posting a list about what custom dungeon was made with what engine/editor version.

Can you confirm that Sleepers was completely made with RTC V0.33?

Also, I found a Sleeper.txt source file in my dungeon collection. Can you maybe provide a newer source file or even any media used for its creation?
The purpose is to backup all dungeon data, of course you stay in charge of what is released publicly and what isn't.

As far as I can remember, you should
Spoiler
cast the "open door" spell
. If it doesn't work, it's broken because of the compatibility issues (older RTC versions) - see the first post in this thread. :(
Finally playing and immensely enjoying the awesome Thimbleweed Park-a-reno!

Jan is correct. I seem to remember having the same problem at this door. See what RTC version this is compatible with and start again and you shouldn't have any problems.

If you look again at the first post, you'll see there is a link to a fixed version of Sleepers that works with newer RTC.
If you still can't get that to work, you can download RTC 33 here:

The link to the fixed version is no longer working. It just takes you to an obscure site.
