Mouse at top of screen - niggle

The mouse doesn't click at the top of the screen, which is annoying if the mouse is jerking for selecting characters names, as it always seems to overshoot and hit the top.
Was unable to (permenantly) kill off ian_scho (Haynuus), Ameena, oh_brother (Westian), money (Falkor), raixel (Petal) and Lord_Bones (Aurek) in the DM D&D game Time's Champions!

Only the left click doesn't work, the right click works fine.
