This game seems to be really worth playing... Just where can I get some guide to get (and run) it?
Chaos looks lovely in his purple jumpsuit . But in the outro he looks real tough. I like those great pauldrons on his armour.

There is a page on the Encyclopaedia that tells you all you need:

http://dmweb.free.fr/DMNDownloads.htm

The only current location for the game itself is on eMule -- which can be a bit of a pain, but is worth a try. One day I hope to be able to afford a webspace where I can host all these large files, but it's a long way away...

I'm sorry for this spam, I just realized this info is spread all over the board...
Nexus is interesting in the way it shows DM in 3D, though the models are not the best ever. :)
I wonder how it will function on my hardware :?

It was made in 1997, so it obviously won't look as good as modern games.

The game itself plays very slowly -- you need to be quite patient to play it. Plus, under emulation, there are some problems -- for example, you can't see the spell runes for a spell that you're casting and champion portraits don't show up. But despite this, it *is* playable -- I played it all the way through. It's kind of enjoyable but I wouldn't be keen to play it again -- too slow all round!

Having said that, I need to play it again in the future so that I can map it for my website!
