The differences page says ST version:

At (05,25,11), the scroll is some sort of map (if someone understands it, please post to the forums):

Amiga says press westward.

If you look at the map more carefully the O just up right of the middle of the scroll represents the party, and the A, B and C around it represent the buttons on the wall. the second A, B and C represent the wall space that is opened by each button, and the J or 3 is supposed to be indicating the line that is the correct wall to open i.e. (A) hence the message in the Amiga version 'press westward'.

Thanks.
I also found that the Hint number 29 in the Hint Oracle explains this scroll.
