New version available -- better support for IPF images, and a new GUI which I haven't yet tried but the preview looks a darn sight better than the existing one!

This latest version is incredible, a giant leap forward from the older ones. Easier to use menus and a very welcome Quickstart feature. Just got Pinball Fantasies to work in seconds which just didn't want to know before. I'm going to be up all night now.

Pinball Fantasies!! I love Pinball! you should try Pinball Illusions which i think is better and Slam Tilt which i think is the best.

Never heard of Slam Tilt, but I shall look it up! I used to spend ages at Uni on the tables, especially the Star Wars one. It was an incredible table.

Ooops, veering OT a bit.

Even with quite a few things running, I am managing 50fps with pinball.

I remember that, too. I first played DM on an A1000, and it would always have a bit of a pause between when a big fireball would hit a bad guy and actually showing the big KABOOM!

I don't know, maybe it was dramatic. :D

There are quite a few about, and are extremely addictive. Lots of hidden things to find... sound familiar?!

The Billion Dollar Game show table on Fantasies: I actually shot the 1,000,000,000 super bonus after completing all prizes on my Amiga, which promptly crashed it. My favourite is Stones 'n, Bones... obviously inspired by DM!

Wow! You actually shot the billion!? I could never get close, always played Party Land and Stones'n Bones alot more.
Anyway here is an fantastic site with Pinball Illusions along with every other amiga game i have wanted to find, most in several different versions. http://www.planetemu.net/index.php?sect ... 257&page=p

Did you get Slam Tilt? See if you can beat my 7.2 billion on Mean Machines :) . Also beat all the default highscores aswell, with Night of the Demon being the hardest. Pinball is Awesome!!

That is the best Amiga site I have ever seen! Nice one!

Zoooom sent me Slam Tilt, but not tried it yet: spent about 3 hours last night on Fantasies! Shall slowly work my way through them.

The Billion prize was a fluke, I had gone through all the other prizes, shot some ramp combo and the big red sign in the middle lit! I was shaking like a leaf, but shot the trap to collect it... then it crashed :-( I managed to get the Reaper on Stones n Bones too, but I was using 5 balls, not three.

I also liked Extreme Pinball on the PC, but can't get it to work on my current machine.

Time to play the Silver Ball...

I tried to download it, but I don't understand the French! It said something about 'telecharger', so I naturally paused. Can somebody help?

hehe, thankyou! 'telecharge' in the UK once meant a charge levied by way of a phonecall! As you can guess, I didn't get a GCSE in French.
