Some nice new shiny features -- Vanishing Point looks interesting, and the advanced menu customisation will be very useful.

The vanishing point filter takes some getting used to because it uses a separate window with a limited toolset, but it's pretty sweet. Other than some additions to the Filters menu, it looks and acts exactly like CS. I'm disappointed Adobe doesn't do these feature add-ons as upgrades, instead releasing a new version for every little change they make. discreet has a nasty habit of doing this, too. Fortunately, they're upgrading mental ray in a service pack instead of waiting for max 8.
