[Fixed for V0.42] Editor map export bug.
When exporting a level to .bmp some of the wall tiles appear as a blank (black) tile rather than as a (dark grey) wall tile. It would appear not to be random either, with the same tiles "missing" across multiple exports of the same level.

Fixed for V0.42.
BTW; the problem is caused by fake walls (or more precisely, any object that has a magic map icon that's identical to the default wall or floor icons). The walls that appear blank are those that appear "after" (southwards of) a fake wall.
The problem only effects the editor map export function. Specifically the game itself (both in terms of gameplay and the magic map in the game) and any editing of those blank walls in the editor is fine.
To work around the problem, make the fake wall invisible, print out the map then put the wall back again (or of course, just doctor the exported bmp file!).
