CSBuild Items and Decorations

Post by Antman »

Hi there Paul, just wondering if it is easy to add new item names to a dungeon you're editing with CSBuild. I'm mapping Conflux slowly but there are loads of new items i can't add to my map, all need to do is to be able to add the name to the list of items, it doesn't actually have to exist as such. Also for decorations, and monsters would be great! Cheers

The is a text file that CSBuild reads where you tell it the old name and the new name so it displays an alternate name

This would not work for skinned monsters (or maybe it does), but should otherwise work

The latest CSBuild does this for skinned
monsters, too. See menu:
Edit/GlobalInfo/Database/MonsterNames

Other objects like Torch are handled
by putting entries in objnames.txt

CSBuild272 or CSBuild273, I think.
