DM2 and the search for a Class Editor

Post by burnt the pg ninjer klown »

okay, so probably a repost, but i've checked a few pages worth of postings and couldn't find ANYTHING that would help (or anything that i could use with my limited knowledge)

does anybody know where i can get an editor for DM2 that allows me to alter the Class Levels?

i've got DM2edit v0.1 (or is it 0.01?), but it only allows for the stats (hp, mp, sta, str, dex, etc.)

Hmm, it's worked on less than the rest I'm afraid :(

I do recall a trainer, if it was for DM II it would be available fro mthe encyclopaedia website, either under DM II or Tools...

Edit:

Trainers: http://dmweb.free.fr/?q=node/730
Stat boost (maybe not level): http://dmweb.free.fr/?q=node/929

see i know kentaro made a graphics.dat editor, i have the feeling that his editor can alter the champs class levels (or at least the initial "pre-thaw" level)

yea- "dm2gded"

the thing is that all the editing is done in hex

EDIT:
ok i have the trainers and the "dm2cheat"--- now to test

Afraid I don't know that one, never tried them personally. Someone else with knowledge will need to jump in here for it!

I seem to recall DM2 being quite easy to gain levels though - if you simple pick an area to attack respawning creatures in that is 'deep' enough (like the wolf clan area I would have to guess) you can probably pile the levels on
