[Done for V0.47] Finding used/unused items more easily

It would be really useful to have some kind of feature that could show you all the custom graphics, sounds, images, objects and wallsets that have NOT been used in the dungeon.
I'm forever changing the way I do things which means I end up with lots of things I may no longer want and it's really difficult to find them in the tabbed lists...
...whcih leads me to another suggestion: can we have another tab that ONLY lists the custom stuff that's been added -- again, it's really hard finding things in the lists as they stand because I don't think they are very intuitive (Does RTC think that graphic I added is SMALL or MEDIUM?)...
