How does ACTION_CHANGE_LEVEL_WALLSET work?

I tried several different ways of invoking it but nothing seems to have any effect.

From testing:
Create a clone of WALLSET_ALT using your new wallset as its default. Use WALLITEM_ACTION, ACTION_CHANGE_LEVEL_WALLSET, with the cloned item as your primary object.
NOTE: Don't forget to have a cloned WALLSET_ALT for your current wallset if you wish to change back.

I did that and it doesn't work. :-(

No wonder I couldn't get this to work. I'd completely missed the default wallset selection in the "Other" tab!

I was trying to do it by setting the default wallset on an actual item placed in the dungeon.

Been there, done that :D

It's a pretty simple mistake to make... What were you changing the wallset for? Are you doing weather, or time of day?

I've been using it a little lately for weather effects... The one effect I just can't get to work is a raining sound FX loop :(
