I'm slowly and quietly going mental. I thought a loud scream might help. But it's late and if I actually did that here at home, the psycho twat below would come and complain about the noise. So I tried a virtual scream instead.

It didn't help. Looks like it has to be a real one.

May I swear here? (in Czech of course) It would also help me not to get mad.

PS My computer at work is fixed finally, so I hope I won't need to swear a lot... but just in case... I just need to make sure I've got some space to express my anger, where I won't damage any hardware.

Please do not do this one, but the MOST EFFICIENT method to get rid of pressures is to destroy something, prefearebly with a sledgehammer, at least with me.

BEST method is probaly to take a 5-20 km run on road.

Why? It always gives good mood and in addition let's some pressure out. There are other methods too but run of the longer side is the one of the most efficient and certain way to get yourself happy again without hurting or destroying. Underwater rugby is better by my experinces but running is simpler. Well if you have some hobby other than DM it works well too I quess.

EDIT: If you prefer, especially if you like nature, run on forest will do the trick too as well.

You are a male reached an adulthood and not an invalid, or am I wrong? if at my age most boys are excepted to be capable of running 10 kilometers, how could a man of your age DIE by 20 kilometers? (and I said 5-20, it does not necessarily have to be 20 km). I can well run 15 kilometers by road in 1:30 without getting slightest harm to my health unless I have eaten or drunk poorly, and I am a freediver, not runner, only 16 years old. So man of your age is CERTAINLY able to run 10 kilometers within 1:30, (slower would not be running) or 20 km in 3 hours if only requirment is to leave alive, unless you have something permanent in your body.

EDIT: take this post lightly, i were bit overminded. Not ALL men can do that, I should have said MOST.

If you mean 1:30 as "days:hours", then I can say... maybe, after some training...

I was never very much into running. I always prefered skiing (cross-country), and biking, and I also go relaxing to our forest, where I can work manually, and then lie on the grass and rest, lol!

If you exercise you can run that, if you don't, you can't - not even 5km. I could walk 5km fine, manage 20km, as I do walk alot, but I have no real fitness beyond that so couldn't manage a run of 5km.

I am sure I could build the fitness up in 3-6 months, but that doens't mean anything now!

I walk a lot, and I do cross-country skiing a lot - once we crossed the "Nízké Tatry" mountains in Slovakia in winter with my friend - I mean on ski, in three days without any help or anything, and it was something! :)

Not everyone is or wants to be a long distance runner. Some people have health problems etc.

However I agree with the destroying things method.

@Duckman; Your assumptions are a bit rude, you don't know anything about the health of the individuals on the forum. There might be all sorts of reasons why someone can't run. Please don't make such cursory judgements about people, not everyone is as fit or as young as you.

Ok forgive me, I gone somewhat overminded i agree with that. Not nearly everyone, especially those over 40 years can do it, youre right, but I think most people still can and for them the running method really IS a good way to let stream out.

No problem, Duckman, it's OK, no need to apologise. :D I know that it's my fault that I don't run or do excercises or jogging etc., but I have other physical activities. :)

Thank you Jan. I think I am going to take some break on posting now (I fear I am going to get hooked), no idea how long it will be right now, but not necessarily. If I can I will check this forum a few times if someone has something to say still but i will prabaly not log in so private messages are no use, and that also means I won't reply. (I may, trough not probaly, be off permanently, so I say Good-bye just in case for now.) I will however try to check this forum every once sometimes and so, and I may occasionally even log in and say something in my favorite theards but I am afraid I cannot do that everyday for reasons explained. So if you have something to say to me, (goodbye or, if you are like my relatives, you could also try convincing me back  ) do it now in this theard and it's the best change I will see you'r post.

True, if you feel hooked, take a break - at least from actively posting threads say. Don't be a stranger to logging on everysooften and and saying hey in a thread though :D

Thinking this question over night, I say now that I'm NOT quitting, (as i said, not necessarily) at least not yet. However, to prevent getting too hooked, I decided that I will restrict my posting. I will now try to post just twice a week, and only on one theard. The theard I choose to do that is: "What would you try", on the "general" archive. I may not always be here twice a week but I try. And oh I can now answer pm again if anyone sends. I may check your other topics (this one certainly) too but I will not post on them.

So it would be very nice if the "what would you try" would become active so I would have some company. Every time I visit I ansver the situations you have posted here, geret a bit and make few more myself. Hopefully I do not have to double-post!
