What people want -dm editor & players

This is a list aiming at making decision easier of what to incorporate in an editor - or just a collection of thoughts.
Initial idea came from one of bit´s posts asking: what is it people like?.
Feel free to enhance this list.
What people want(sometimes more options apply to one person):
As a player of dungeons (dungeon consumer)
- easy to install, no dead ends, does not crash
- runs fluently on my "x486"
- hints and strategic tips from the designer or forum
- reviews, recommendations
- original ideas, ultimate suspense, puzzling riddles, overall size ok and really great feel- while not being too addictive
- cool, new and familiar graphics (not necessarily high resolution stuff, but I believe really high res will get quite an immense following)
--------------
some would really love to have high res graphics;
as I understand it neither of the existing main clones support real true colour.(32 bit, 16,7 million colors, +alpha channel)
There could be an issue with movement of monsters.. maybe extra animation routines would have to be introduced, like breathing '/moving gestures etc but that is another topic for another day.
-------------
- unique dungeon, heroes and mechanics never seen before to make you doubt your long term dm - expertise
...
as a creator of dungeons (dungeon or graphically oriented designer)
- emotional connection. To feel like home. Know where things are.. etc
- editor, preferably easy to use. Some dislike scripting.
- many people that use this editor or a wiki to get help on mechanics
or to draw resources from (graphics)
- option to go over the top with an editor:
some may explicitly want to use scripts or tweaks to get - against the odds - their uncommon ideas yet incorporated to the dungeon
- freedom in graphics/not much restrictions in making a dungeon. Possibility to do exactly that which you want.
- ongoing support for the clone from the creator. To get this xxa mechanic you really need xxb in the editor and it will be put there.
- working main program, without bugs and crashes.
- for some people like faithfulness to the original,
others may want the alternate fun dungeon crawler with new touches here and there(different but unique nevertheless)
