Like it more than 'Clap your hands' - however - for my taste in her songs the chorus is okay, but - rest sounds a bit unfinished.
That problem have a lot of people nowadays. They keep the good ideas to make another song.
Couldn't use your link again, so I found the video with the lots of photographs (great idea!), as well as the Prince of Persia-trailer. Fits good.

I warmly thank Bit for the kind words he had about musics that come out of my head.
I think this could be shared in this thread:

Ian mentioned mirsoft, so:

Why don't you guys just listen to some German protestsongs, like:

Neunundneunzig Luftballons (and this really is a very hard and heavy German protestsong; it's even harder and heavier than Neunundneunzig Technopanzers; see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQYQTFudrqc), or

Die Biene Maja (anyone remembers Maja out there?, see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yhEfPzS_LKA)

:D

Yeah. He's just been missing the opportunity to leave the scene for about 30 years now. He's a zombie. If he didn't use the same plastic surgeon as S. Berlusconi and H. Mubarak (as I suspect him to do), he'd look like a DM mummy now.

I've never listened to Sia before. Thanks for the new sound and attitude.
I listened to a number of her songs.
She looks like a very young Mary Travers (Peter, Paul and Mary).

I listened to "I'm In Here" a number of times. Great song.

I think I'll have trouble getting this one out of my head for the next day or two.

Perhaps try to listen the original, that even has more 'old' touch. This real orchestra kills the 'in my head'-effect:

They really should have fenced that cemetery. He keeps getting out and going on tour.

That's a secret men will never know :D
Just an hour ago I heard a version of Genesis' Mama with the London Philharmonic Orchestra.
The one who owns the CD said that's a limited edition that did cost around 500 $.
But hey - that was impressive!!!

I know. With the "What's the matter with..." I was referring to the lyrics of the song.

@Cows, thanks for the heads up on Sirius , love that track (and all the APP stuff, my sister's BF got me into it in the 80s when I was still only just getting into music). The instrumental intro is great.

(A small aside: For years I had a taped version of APP's "Ammonia Avenue". But my sister's BF had been showing off his knowledge and had written "NH3 Avenue" on the box. Due to his writing style, it looked like more "Niz Avenue", so when ever I was talking about it, no-one knew what I was on about!)

I also really love Mammagamma: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0OvC737fqYY

Funnily enough this great track by The Passions (their only real hit), has a similar feel to a lot of the APP stuff (not surprising really given the period.) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nasn-49uk4A (Sadly I can't find a decent quality version that includes the full intro, the other TOTP video on Youtube is lower quality). I love the jangly guitar sound, very lush... shivers

Just discovered that Foo Fighters did a cover!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sf5ZmZJWTjw

sorry, french again. Gad Elmaleh - Fait dodo.. because we just got our new crib..

suffice it to say, he's emploring the child to sleep.. meanwhile talking about how mama has divorced (seems happy about it) him and is doing god knows what and maybe he might offer him some special syrup.. which we can guess has a little booze in it.. etc. All in humour.. ie completely not appropriate lullaby :P
