I have message when I open RTC and nevertheless I indeed have to look at bitmap are indeed has the good place(square) somebody could help me???

Error - Could not open bitmap file "NULL_STRING".
Error - File for bitmap "FILE=(C:\Documents and Settings\Admin\Bureau\mur redessiner\mur redessiner plan\PARCHEMIN PLAN 1.PNG)" could not be loaded.

Try putting the picture in the RTC folder?

On top of that, RTC has issues with <space> characters in the file path. If there is a <space> certain machines will fail to run RTC.
