DMDC2 Q&A Tips

Dear DM2/DMDC2 users...
Here are useful hints to resolve some DMDC2 problems. And it may help to keep enjoying your DM2 life!

Q. any time i insert a creature on any map level it shows up when i play but it is always dead.
Q. my WOOD TABLEs fall into pieces when moved
A.
Please add creatures in the Map definition:
- Select the map. [Shift]+[Left click]
- [Edit]→[Edit Level descriptor...]
- At Creatures group, open the drop down list, and then select (Add new one...)
- Select your creature.
- [OK]
Q. my doors are always oriented North-South and I can't make them horizontal.
A.
Please modify the Tile definition!
- Select the map. [Shift]+[Left click]
- Make sure you're in the pick up mode: try [Ctrl]+0, or [Edit]→[0 Cursor].
- Show tile property by using [Ctrl]+[Left] on the door tile.
- Turn on [9: North-South]
- [OK], or press enter.
Q. limit of 1,024 actuators?

Sorry, it can't be solved for now.
Sphenx and I have secret plan to solve it.
However it is not completed yet.
We'll announce it, when it is ready to release.
