Favorite One Liners
Everybody has at least one...so thought I would see what yours are
To start things off...gotta go with Arnie and "I'll be back"

Game over man, game over!
I cannot recall good lines, even though I know there are many

Re: Favorite One Liners
The only one I don't know for sure is "game over man, game over!" Maybe its Aliens??
How about "Nobody puts Baby in the corner!" I can't even begin to name all of the shows/movies/cartoons that have parodied that one!

Re: Favorite One Liners
The "Game over, man" one is from one of the Aliens films, yeah...think it's the first one.
Also, how come no-one has mentioned Monty Python yet? :O

Re: Favorite One Liners
Most of my favorite lines tend to be responses (I suppose that makes them two liners?)
e.g "Would you give the court your impression of Mr. Striker?"
"I'm sorry, I don't do impressions - my training is in psychiatry."

Re: Favorite One Liners
"are you talking to me?" - Taxi Driver
"Hakuna Matata" - Lion king
"indeed" - teal'c SG1
"I'm a doctor not a ...." - various Star Trek episodes
mics Arnold
- "I'll be back"
- "stick around" (just threw knife through man stick him to a pole)
- "Consider this the divorce" (just shot his mock wife)
- "It's not a tumor"
- "I lied" (he said he wouldn't drop him out of the plane.. "
Also "game over man, game over" was from aliens (the second movie) and it was used in the video game as well to indicate the obvious..
PPS. The "wax on wax off" is so much better than the new "Jacket on, jacket off" .. since if you say it aloud.. it sounds like "Jack it off" which is slang for masturbation, and the last thing a older man should be saying to a young boy.. 0_0

Re: Favorite One Liners
Don't know how I missed your earlier post cowsmanaut with the multiple one liners - some good ones in there, especially for me as a big Arnie fan
ebeneezergude - not familiar with your one liner "yes, have some..."
In honor of Robin Williams - Nanu Nanu

Re: Favorite One Liners
Cowsmanaut - I'm surprised you didn't quote "Get to the choppa!" that's probably one of the most used Arnie quotes I here no adays... aside from "I'll be back" of course!
Ebeneesergude - I have no idea what your reference is from! Sounds like something from an old scary movie...?
How about.. "Heeeeeere's Johnny!!"
