Multiple Op Bys for triggers

Been a while since I've posted by here we go. I am making a dungeon for my lad who is heavily into DM. But stuck on something. I have a campfire, which needs to be put out using a flask of liquid (anything, water, potion etc), how can I do this quickly without having to layer loads of triggers on it for the specific things? IE - a full flask but NOT an empty one? Each trigger I use only seems to have one op by slot, so I'll have to put about 12 in for all the potions etc. Cheers guys
