Is there any way to expand the amount of combos available with or in ADGE.net, or am I stuck with only 43?

No, you can't change the number of available combos because the original DM and CSB use exactly 44 attacks combos.
As with other editable objects, you have to deal with the available amounts as you can't change them.

Okay. Thank you for the swift response, Sphenx. I guess it's a good thing that the programmers of the game had some spare combo slots left over.
