Nexus in another language?
Is there any chance to play Nexus in German or English? Is there a Hack out there or a localisation patch?

For the most part you dont need language the only time it becomes vital is those alcoves in lvl 6 i think., I'd like to work on a translation patch but I'm not even setup play nexus let alone work on hacking the game. Atleast the good thing is its easier to find 2 files per level as i recall.

Re: Nexus in another language?
Years ago I wrote a script to extract Nexus data, see here: viewtopic.php?f=43&t=28513
My script will extract all texts into a few HTML files (from file RLOWFIX.BIN). You may work on translations from these files, and also using the Nexus pages on the Encyclopaedia where there are already some translations for champion and item names etc.
I never worked on a tool to encode text into the game format, but that would totally be possible.
The only issue to take care of would be the length of translated strings so that when displayed on screen they do not occupy more space than the original Japanese text and cause graphical glitches.
