During the training of my party I like use the Fulya pit room because no monster seems able to enter and pass the door insted maybe... Lord Chaos itself !
it's the first time I've seen him enter inside the smalll room of the Fulya pit, generally he stays behind the door but it seems that this time he managed to teleport inside.

Re: Lord Chaos inside Fulya pit
I would be interested to know exactly how this happened.
He could not have 'walked' into the pit area because of the
teleporter at (24,39).
I seem to remember that he can 'jump' over a single cell and thereby
pass through a wall that is one cell thick. You will notice that the
Chaos area in Dungeon Master is surrounded by walls that are two
cells thick.
To get to the pit area he would seem to have had to go to (21,35)
and 'jump' to (21,37). I don't think he attempts these 'jumps' except
to escape fusion. So it seems you must have forced him to the pit.
Did you do so intentionally?

Re: Lord Chaos inside Fulya pit
No, I didn't do it intentionally at all. For give you more informations, when it's happened, I was in front of the golden door inside the pit aera (22,38)
I confirm that he cannot have 'walked' into the pit aera because when sometimes I have the time to see Lord Chaos through the door during less than one second, he is immediatly teleported back and I can hear the teleport sound.
Your explanations sound good, Lord Chaos have begining to attack me by the left when I was in front of the door.
Maybe he has the ability to detect the presence of my party through the wall when he is on (21,35) and do the teleport to attack them ?
I think that's the most likely explanation.

Re: Lord Chaos inside Fulya pit
I suppose Lord Chaos' ability to jump over one square would allow him to jump over the creature teleporter at (24,39) to get to (24,38) where the teleporter does not apply to creatures.

Of course. You are right. And that explains why there are twoChristophe wrote:would allow him to jump over the creature teleporter
teleporters at each exit from the Chaos Area in Dungeon Master.
Re: Lord Chaos inside Fulya pit
Thanks for the explanation,. I must add that this case is relatively rare, it is the first time that it happens to me during many time I play Chaos Strikes back and recently training my party into the pit. Originally I think it is not planned by progammers that any monster including Lord Chaos are able to enter inside Fulya pit.
