Thanks! Extremely simple and rather effective solution. Why did I write all that text when one line would have been enough? lol!
Good day!

in the editor, it is not clear wether activate/deactivate mean opened/sloed or closed/opened.
I know that those used to the editor do not see this, but I find it confusing. The state should be clear. At the very least, everywhere the words active/inactive should be used instead of open/close AND ...

In the editor, left-clicking on a square tries to toggle that square between wall and floor.
This is what I cal "Basic Level Layout" mode, which has its uses for about 10% of the work of making a dungeon.
But in truth, it would be MUCH MORE useful to have a MODE button that adds "Advanced Level ...

[Not a bug] CSB - ROS WAY
In each of the four ways, there is an alcove. Usually, if you put the item back, the way to the center opens back. Except for the ROS way, because there are several poison darts in that alcove.
This seems like a bug to me, not with the module itself, but with the way the "Constant Weight" attribute ...

Better Hint Oracle?
I find it cumbersome to always "save" and then "leave the game" and then "reload the game" in order to consult the hint oracle.
Couldn't a CRYSTALL BALL item be added in the game that grants direct access to the hint oracle screen? Or something?
Pax.

RTC - Options menu
In the save game menu, a games options menu could be added.
In that menu, it would be possible to set game options such as difficulty, some game attributes such as game version (is there a lockpick in square X? etc.), or more general gameplay characteristics
(use runebooks, type of lighting ...

In the editor, it seems that every time I change levels, the editor "loads the level".
Just how much memory space is needed to save the entire dungon anyway? The whole dungeon should fit in memory. So:

When in the editor, would it be possible to show both the "arrows pointing *FROM* a square and the arrows from *TO* that square?
This would help a LOT in seeing what is affected by what.
For example, let's say on level 2 I have a keyhole that opebns a door on level 3. When I select the keyhole on ...

Hi GG and thanks for your great game engine!
How light is handled in RTC doesn't provide a good "gameplay" experience, for the following reasons:
a) Why have two spells in the game, Torch and Light, when one is enough, simply by casting it one more time? In the original game, Light was useful ...

[Fixed for V0.44] Darkness Bug
Hi!
Since this is my first post, I would like to thank and congratulate George Gilbert, and all others whose work or input have made a difference, on a superb job! I really like RTC!
