Re: Go deep or fight?

This reminds me of some screen shots I took during my last solo run.
Before and after equipping the fire staff:

Re: Go deep or fight?

Hey, Banky's still alive! And with a new avatar! Oh, Venice! :D Don't train too much, just walk there and kick some asses! :) Hey, been around every now and then... to read what you guys got to say :) I've been replaying old Bard's Tale games in the meantime. Old games = new avatar and so many old ...

Re: Go deep or fight?

So, how did your training work out after all? I'm curious because I'm currently trying the same thing. I use this "Auto Mouse" Octopuss recommended and try to chop air and warcry screamers but I usually end up dying of thirst and hunger without levelling even once :D After an hour of chopp...

Cool, a new member, and from Berlin and liking Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade! :D It's kind of funny that everyone trained at the Screamer room though the Rat chamber on level 9 would give you much more experience. Hey Trantor, good to see another old school Power Play enthusiast around here :D...

Yesterday I talked to a friend with whom I played DM about 18 years ago  The first thing we both mentioned was training in the screamer chamber. It will always be the most memorable moment in DM for me because you usually spend most time of the game casting spells, hitting walls, etc in the s...
