Yendorian Tales

Post by Zed5Duke »

Yendoran tales 1-3 Some players say that it is clone of early Might & Magic, but i found also Ultima connections. What i like is huge amount of monsters, items, spells, very good rpg. You can get them from HERE

TIPS (for part3 which am explore right now)
Run it from dosbox, if full screen (alt+enter) resolution dont match with cfg file then screen will have strange shape, just edit cfg from dosbox by put there res what you already use.
Game have build in instruction press F8, seem like it dont need outside extra manual etc to play it (even solution is there)
Right click on scenery to search it, sometime there is npc invisible normally
Right on portrait for inventory, double right open all team inventory, left for stats (or double left) (or press F1-F4)
On right up box click to change between map etc
Stats: barter, repair, thievery etc when press they become blue it mean that this person use this action. There is bug in lockpicks and better is turn off thievery and wait until it ask who may use lockpick then chose best person for that. Later its spell for lockpick.
In first portal quest team get key, you dont need to use it on door but right click to teleport
Right click on key, lockpick and target it on door
Right click on barrel, wardrobe to open and again to close, during open movement is frozen
Double click on spell to cast it, magic use mana and ore (the same as gems in early M&M)
Stats make difference at some level, above 75 each +5 make change. STR damage DEX armor STA probably hp amount after leveling

Screens: from part 2
