I'm actually playing Heretic again at the moment using the DoomsDay engine with all the 3d models -- almost feels like a new game!

I tried the doomsday engine, for Doom, Heretic and Hexen,

I don't like the monster 3d models, especially in Heretic and Hexen,
they just don't fit with the quality of the new high-definition textures.
So I sticked to 2d sprites with the high-definition textures, and managed to finish Heretic...
Hexen on the other hand had some physics problem (collision and other stuff) so I didn't finish it.
(and Hexen is SO difficult...)

I've also been tinkering with the Doomsday engine - coolio!
Not had any probs with it myself - but it's really, really fast.

Tell ya what, instead of fighting the monsters, hold still, capture/screengrab, and save. That way, you can send me the files, and have excellent sprites for DMJ. Don't forgot I want side, back and attack views!

That would be a bit fraught! But there are model viewers available which will work for grabbing purposes.

These look sweet inside of DMJ, Kelly. I have a sheet of these things but never got around converting them.

Oh, those look great! :)

I love that wallset, too.
(I wonder if the perspective is right to use in DSB...  )

I think it's Cowsmanaut's wallset, with a few fixes and kisses from Kelly

I'm sure Cows' would be okay with using his wallset in DSB - it'll need a little work, DMJ sizes are a little bigger than DSB.
I'd be happy to rework it.

I've already used two of my own wallsets in DSB - just haven't finished the stairs, alcoves and wall deco yet.

After completion of this addon-pack, I will become more involved in DSB.
