I can not get the pit to close to give me access to the ROS way, leaving the DDD. I pushed the button at the enterance to turn of the field over the floorplate, & threw all kinds of objects onto it. No help. What am I doing wrong, what do I need to do to get that pit to close so I can go on down that way???
Please Help!!

I think you mean the pit at 02(16,20)
I had a great deal of trouble with this, too. I wrote
up a complete explanation. See the BinaryDirectory

Champion:Here's one clue only, no more no less.
Once you learn it, there will be nothing to guess.
and never ever you will meet such a game again...

Re: Help!!!! yes, but
Hey there.
I never really bothered with all that - I found that, if you perform most of the ROS path (up to the point with the fake wall maze), then this triggers the blinking pit at the corbum pillar. When you then complete the KU path, you can use timing/fake pits, etc., to sidestep straight up to the ROS side of the corbum pillar. :)
Kas.
