Fighter gem

How is the door at Enc. z00/x30/y20 opened? According to the Hint Oracle you need the fighter gem, and DMute shows that it is opened by an invisible floorpad before it (sorry, probably the answer to my question is also in DMute, but I don't know them hexes in there), but by what is it triggered? What item is considered to be a fighter gem? I know it's not important, but I've always been wondering.

DMBuilder tells that with a little picture instead of hex.

If that is the door to the worm room with the Inquisitor/Dragon Fang in it? Is this one not triggered by the party itself as far as I remember?

No not the door near the Dragon Fang (which DMute shows as Inquisitor due to DM format), that's the exit to the worm's lair, but the very first door you encounter after entering the FulYa level from Ku, which is the first of 2 entrances to that lair.
